Director/Caregiver: Rachel Bales-Case

Rachel has a BA from Manchester College and an M.Div. from Boston University School of Theology. She has been a United Methodist minister for 22 years. She has been on the Lighthouse Ministry Board for 3 years, and she has also been a volunteer at the daycare and the substitute caregiver.

Caregivers: Rita Steele and Brenda West

Rita has 33 years of childcare experience. She has 4 grown children who are teachers and a daughter-in-law who is also a teacher. She has 2 grandsons.

Brenda has been working in childcare since 2006 and has her CDA. She has two grown children.
