• You must be a teen parent who is enrolled in middle school, high school or alternative school during the entire school year.
• You must maintain passing grades.
• You must maintain good attendance at school.
• You will be required to attend Life Skill and Parenting Classes one day each week after school on specified days. Childcare will be provided.
• You must fill out all the appropriate forms and have them returned by the 1^st day of school.
• You must pick your child up by 3:30 P.M. each day.
• You must go to the CANI building in Kendallville to sign up for the state voucher program.
• Your fees for each week must be paid by the end of the day on Friday.

Please remember, we are caring for your child so you may attend school. This not only means you have to be in school if we have your child, it also means you must pass your classes. We will be in close contact with the school.
